How we became a “Digitally driven event company”

It’s interesting to see how we transformed, due to the pandemic, from a traditional business event organization company with a focus on Croatia and the region to a “Digitally driven event company” – fully digitalized and globally present, but most of all oriented towards the needs of our users.

The pandemic, the technology, the psychology and some other elements forced us to acquire a completely new concept of thinking and acting.

In nearly two years we have been useful to over 15.000 of our users locally and globally, we created new meaningful values for our clients, we became more efficient, faster and mobile… everything we could only dream about in the traditional business model. Woom.zone became a brand known for the value it gives to its users, but also for innovation, quality, speed, adaptation and analytics.

We use a set of digital tools adapted to our needs (Zoom, Webpower, Zapier, Todoist, Salesforce, G-services…), but our whole team is also virtual and global, starting from our virtual assistants. We also do our meetings virtually (internal and external) which proves to be significantly more efficient solution for all sides.

As the next phase of development which the pandemic has brought upon us we see the dedication to „data science“ and analytics with the goal of increasing the satisfaction of our clients – but also the success of our team and business.
